Annuals, Herbs, & Veggies
​

Every year, annuals are used to provide color and boldness to balconies, flower beds, raised beds, and so much more. These powerhouse plants bloom their hearts out from the end of one frost to the beginning of the next.

Planting your own herbs and vegetables is not only enjoyable, but come harvest you reap huge rewards! Many of the vegetables we sell are grown here from seed. 

Annuals, herbs and vegetables are not hardy, and require planting every year. 

They begin to arrive around Mothers Day each year.

Fruit Trees and Bushes

​

There’s something exciting about growing fruit and berries at home; whether its a large orchard or a few blueberries on the balcony, the harvesting of your own fruit is truly rewarding!

We carry a large variety of fruit trees, including cherries, apples, pears, and plums. Multiple varieties available to best assist in pollination.

Fruit bushes provide an easy solution to the inflating price of berries and fruit. Varieties of fruit bushes we carry include blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, grapes (wine & table), haskap, currants, and more!

Deciduous Trees

Trees are a must in every yard! Being, quite literally, the giver of oxygen and life, they give that and SO much more to a landscape.
Whether you are looking for a particular specimen for that special spot, a big shady tree for shade and privacy, or a maple tree to tap, we've got you covered. 

 
Evergreens

 

Experience gorgeous foliage that lasts year-round. When everything else is asleep for winter, these trees still live to show off. Evergreen Trees have so much to offer in giving structure and function in your garden that it is hard to imagine building a landscape without them. Ideal for hedges or specimen plants they have a special quality and an all-year permanence that makes them indispensable. 

Tropicals

 

Bringing plants into your home always brings the space alive. There is something magical about a beautiful plant growing among your personal possessions that creates a sense of welcome and comfort.

With a wide variety of tropicals, we have something for all conditions and desires; full sun, low light, offices, trailing, succulents, and occasionally even some funky rarities!

Houseplants are proven to improve air quality and decrease rates of anxiety, introduce plants to your favorite living spaces and sit back and reap the benefits. 

Perennials

 

Fun, colorful plants that will bring joy every year as they return in the Spring.   

Perennials are an absolute for any diverse garden. They come in all size and forms, and suit a huge variety of spaces, including sun, shade, wet spaces, dry areas, and more. 

Perennials provide not only a lot of colour and diversity to gardens, but are also beneficial to our native pollinators. The bees and butterflies will thank you!

 

Deciduous Shrubs

 

Shrubs have many uses in the garden. If the trees form the bones of your landscape, then shrubs are the muscle.

Deciduous shrubs can be flowering, or simply leafy. In any form, they add fun textures, sizes, and colour to any garden.

Vines 

​

Vines add vertical interest to any garden and can also act as groundcovers or privacy screens.

We carry a wide variety of foliage and flowering vines, including Clematis, and Honeysuckle.

Typically they need a trellis, fence or arbor to grow on and are an attractive way to hide less aesthetic areas, or to add a colorful splash against a structure. 

Broadleaf Evergreens

​

Some of our favorites fall into this classification, including the ever popular Rhododendron, and the seasonally loved Holly.

Broadleaf Evergreens provide color in the garden year round, making them ideal in any garden to provide winter interest.

Often used for hedging, many varieties make a great option for screening as well!
